The manufacturing building contained the main laboratory/cleanroom process facilities as well as offices, meeting rooms, canteens and WCs to facilitate the operational staff. The facility is comprised of class 7 cleanroom process laboratories and production facilities, development laboratories and quality control labs. PJ Hegarty was responsible for the construction, test and commissions and qualification of 103 black, clean and process systems. This included an extension mechanical and electrical install in addition to construction of the laboratory/cleanrooms which consisted of partition walls, cleanroom floors, gowning area and pressurised airlock access control. The upper floor contained the offices and meeting rooms, a large plant room and MCC room supplied the main process class 7 cleanrooms and warehouse below.

A utility yard was constructed to the rear of the building. Loading bays allowed access for trucks and other vehicles to supply and service the chemicals and plant in the utility yard. This in turn feeds the cleanrooms and process facilities through a central utility spine, in which the cleanrooms were constructed around.

The Office Building is situated on the eastern side of the pharmaceutical campus. The building provides a mixture of meeting rooms, open plan and cellular office accommodation on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The ground floor contains double-height entry and reception space on the eastern side, with meeting rooms, canteen and ancillary staff functions located behind, a research and development laboratory. The façade was constructed using an integrated glass and aluminium panel curtain wall system, high performance glazing utilising Low-E coatings will be used to combat solar gains.

The roof level contains three plant rooms and a screened plant area that services the entire building.
Extensive landscaping, paving and planting is done around the site with over 150 car parking spaces. The landscaping was designed to shield the buildings discreetly from neighbours and traffic but also ensure the campus remains open and light.
