NISSAN HEAD OFFICE

PJ Hegarty secured the project for extensive renovation work on the warehouse at Nissan Ireland’s corporate headquarters in Parkwest Business Park, Dublin. The head office is responsible for distributing the Republic of Ireland’s full range of Nissan cars, commercial vehicles and forklifts. The Nissan Headquarters project involved the strip-out of the existing building, including the demolition and removal of the mezzanine level and asbestos materials.

GENERAL DENTAL COUNCIL HQ REFURBISHMENT

PJ Hegarty’s UK operation was awarded the project to refurbish the London headquarters of the General Dental Council in the centre of Westminster in two locations — 37 Wimpole Street and 13-15 Wimpole Mews. The building work involved both new-build extensions coupled with internal reorganisation and refurbishment of the existing building to increase floor space and to provide more efficient use of space.
